JR67862 NVM DDQA DMTS EngineerWexe2x80x99re looking for people who are passionate about reliability and want to be part of a team revolutionizing NAND process and product development.As a key technical member of DDQA NAND team in Micronxe2x80x99s Global Quality team, you will collaborate with technology development and design engineering teams to predict product failure modes. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with media health and test solution engineers to develop fault isolation strategies and create new risk assessment methods. You will orchestrate data feeds from many sources, intelligently mash them together, engineer new predictive models to guarantee product reliability. Your effort in the emerging technology will pave the success of the next best-in-class memory products with quality embedded in the design and development strategies. • Passionate in memory cell, periphery and defectivity process, product failure modes
• Solid knowledge in semiconductor device physics. Knowledge in CMOS and NAND cell reliability physics is a must
• Experience in FMEA is a must, FMEA in multiple domains is a plus, fault isolation expertise is a strong plus
• Experience with statistical analysis is a must. Knowledge in reliability statistics is a plus
• Experience with automated data analytics and scripting. Experience with machine-learning/artificial intelligence is a strong plus
• Exposure in memory testing platform, hands-on experience with NAND characterization is a strong plus
• Ability to manage multi-domain projects, promote structural problem-solving and mentor across geographical or organizational boundaries
• Excellent technical leaderships, communication, and think outside of the box
