The role will collaborate and communicate with other members of the Global Workplace Planning team, Facilities Operations team (including but not restricted to the MAC team), and client partners to resolve data anomalies, improve data quality and ensure accurate reporting of occupancy metrics that contribute to delivering global occupancy and real estate decisions and strategies. The role will serve as the primary point of contact with regional business unit representatives (Space Captains) to ensure all employees are seated appropriately in the clientxe2x80x99s CAFM system.You will also be responsible for liaising with the Global Workplace Planning team, Facilities Operations team, and Space Captains to deliver move planning services in support of regional space planning projects. This includes coordinating space allocations with the Regional Workplace Planners and creating detailed communications and schedules to facilitate the move activities.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the process of occupancy updates and the development of move projects in the clientxe2x80x99s CAFM system. You will be successful if you have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PowerPivot, pivot table, vlook-up, cell calculations) and an understanding of space planning principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to consolidate data and floor plans into PowerPoint for presentations to client and lines of business is required.
