• Overall in charge of the daily operations of the in-house clinic.
• Provide counseling or resources of medical information to employees as and when required.
• Plan and execute all wellness activities and health screening event.
• Maintain and update treatment and medical records.
• Maintain sufficient level of medical supplies, equipment and clinic\xe2\x80\x99s inventory record.
• Work with company doctors, hospital doctors and Management Team on cases of Medical Case Management, Return To Work program and Disability Programme, to help injured / sick employees to cope during their temporary incapacitation.
• Team leader of Emergency Response Team, in charge of fi rst aiders during any medical emergency.
• One of the steering members in Task Force Team to ensure business continuity during any pandemic outbreak crisis,e.g. SARS, H1N1 and COVID-19.
• To be the main contact person to work with doctors on any work related request on employee medication / illness /treatment and insurance related to employee illness or hospitalization.
• Request doctors on any necessary medical enquiry including doctor\xe2\x80\x99s certification letter / memo.
• Review, negotiate with and appoint Company-panel
• clinics and health-screeners
• Review and administer all medical-related claims,
• medical insurance claims and workmen\xe2\x80\x99s compensation resulting from work-related injuries / illnesses.
• Maintain and monitor the medical and dental benefits of plant\xe2\x80\x99s usage.
• Review medical leave status and highlight to management on signs of malingered cases and unhealthy signs.
• Liaise with HR recruitment team and doctors on any pre-employment / re-employment medical issues, as part of recruitment and re-employment processes.
• Coordinate the Employees\xe2\x80\x99 Gift Program on cases of birth of child, inpatient hospitalization and condolence, and administer the Wellness Loyalty Cards and incentives.
• Administer the site\xe2\x80\x99s injury and occupational illnesses management and recordability system (MOM\xe2\x80\x99s WSH Incident Reporting - iReporting).
• Work with Safety Officer in coordinating medical surveillance to employees with workplace hazard exposure, under MOM\xe2\x80\x99s statutory regulations.
• Work with Safety Officer in collecting, reviewing and analyzing available medical surveillance data. Highlight issues /concerns and recommend appropriate abatement actions or plans.
• Ensure compliance to RBA standards on Health & Safety, including review and maintenance of relevant medical-related SOPs.
• Constant shop walk to maintain a safe workplace for employees.
• Active member of the Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Committee.
• Provide monthly reports on the clinic\xe2\x80\x99s medical or related health items inventory stock level and records of staff walk-in seeking medical inquiries.

• State Registered Nurse (SRN), with valid Practising License
• Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
• Preferably with minimum 3 to 4 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
• Must be energetic as well as be able to run in-house medical centre independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel for
• medical registration and generating reports.
• Able to interact well with people of all levels
• Hands on, able to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Resourceful and analytical, good at problem-solving and in recommending feasible solutions
