Will be responsible for developing and implementing Medical Support Program and Workplace Health System not limited to occupational illness prevention, occupational health risk assessments, medical emergency preparedness and response, wellness, medical waste, Pfizer drug prescription program, emergency first-aid, food nutrition, smoking cessation and workplace health to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and Pfizer EHS Standards on Occupational health; and reviewing the management system and its performance metrics through regular assessments/audits, and addressing non-conformances of the system in a timely manner.

Ensure Company complies with applicable regulatory laws and regulations and Global Colleague wellness medical support standards in Occupational Health Management & Workplace Injury Compensation.
Oversee the entire administration of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Health Surveillance Program. This includes orientating new colleagues on Health Surveillance Program (HSP), enrolment of new members, acting as key liaison person between colleagues, company and the HSP provider, advising the payment of the HSP and renewing a business contract with the HSP provider with the support of Site Procurement Team. And screen health surveillance/check-up results to ensure that workforce is fit and healthy.
Develop occupational health and wellness policies and/or procedures and ensure smooth implementation, and organize health educational and wellness activities to promote health life style.
Develop and manage annual workplace health, wellness programs and HSP budgets.
Co-ordinate with Designated Workplace Doctor to arrange for all pre-employment check-up for all potential hires and advise HR on suitability of employment based on medical reports.
Support HR to evaluate medical service provider such as assess merits of clinics/panel of doctors, and give feedback to the respective review panel for consideration.
Provide primary medical care, first aid treatment and attend to medical emergencies.
Provide basic counseling to colleagues on health related issues.
Manage site medical supplies and safe keeping medical records, workplace injury/illness records, health surveillance records etc.
Review and monitor colleagues medical leave status and escalate issue to APAC Colleague Wellness lead and site EHS manager as necessary.
Develop the role and responsibilities and conduct relevant First Aid treatment training for certified First-Aiders and Emergency Response Team.
Provide relavent medical information to HR Department for Workplace Injury Compensation claims.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPSProvide the primary groups or key positions that this position will have interaction with as a regular part of the position responsibilities. Include any external interactions as appropriate.
Lead and liaise with regulatory agencies (e.g. MOM, MOH) in terms of site point-of-contact, follow-up and correspondences.
Involve in Global Wellness to leverage on practice and guidance, and resources.

Singapore registered Staff or Nurse .
Occupational Health Nurse certificate is advantageous.

Good knowledge and application of relevant regulatory laws and regulations and codes of practice is advantageous.
