Review and re-assess individual care plans regularly and or when there is a change in patient\xe2\x80\x99s condition. \xef\xbb\xbf
Investigate, interpret and analyze patients\' problems directly and indirectly related to the conditions referred, demonstrating sound clinical reasoning
Plan and implement comprehensive treatment
Reflecting current available scientific evidence, ensuring patient safety and effectiveness of intervention.
Educate patients and family members regarding specific physical or mental disabilities, including evaluation of home and work environment and making appropriate recommendations.
Monitor patients\' progress throughout treatment, prepare and maintain records and reports

Related experience of 3 to 5 years
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Posses valid BCLS certification\xef\xbb\xbf
Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council \xef\xbb\xbf
