This Shipping Executive would be responsible for: Responsibilities Assist to lead a team handling shipping operations Responsible for liaising with various internal and external parties. Responsible for liaising with warehouse and customers for shipment planning and execution Responsible for participating in meeting and front customers Responsible for managing customer enquiries and complaints Responsible in preparing shipment reporting to customers Responsible for participating in internal and external audits Responsible in preparing to ensure shipping documentations are processed accurately and in-time for outgoing shipments Responsible to handle system transactions for shipment processing Responsible for maintaining proper documentation and filling records, including updating Responsible for operating according to company's quality policy and in compliance to customer's service standard Responsible for monitoring and assist to resolve shipment issues as and when required Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Min 2 year experience in a logistics or supply chain field Knowledge in WMS, and shipping terms will be added bonus Knowledge in sea export shipment and documentation Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
