Ensure accurate and timely input of shipment information into system.
Liaise with both sales support and sales team to ensure service quality to clients.
Liaise with vendors and arrange documentation or clearance on time as per customers\' expectations.
To monitor own performance and upkeep of individual KPI / KRA.
Resolve and rectify any failure in system process and operational issues, if not escalation to superior.
Align and support corporate\'s direction and policies and inclined to BPO\'s approach for standardization of process and increase Productivity and KPI.
Cross Business Unit or inter-team training and deployment is needed when necessary.
