Job Summary:

• Located at Tanjong Pagar (Near MRT)
• 5 Days Work Week
• AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the sea import operations process, including the preparation of required documentation
• Compiling complete sets of shipping documents, such as packing lists, invoices, and certificates of origin
• Handling customs permit declarations and related documentation tasks
• Coordinating with freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure smooth operations
• Ensuring timely and accurate job execution, adhering to customer specifications
• Managing email communication with customers and international agents
• Generating reports as needed
• Performing administrative tasks such as billing, cost analysis, and payment follow-ups

Job Requirement(s):

• At least 2 years of experience in shipping documentation and freight operations is required
• Training and support will be provided to ensure smooth onboarding
• A proactive, adaptable individual with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills is ideal
