Responsibilities:

Houlihan Lokey offers an off-cycle internship opportunity at our Singapore office. The internship is an excellent opportunity to work alongside investment bankers in a stimulating environment on various valuation and transaction assignments for clients in various industries.

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job training throughout your internship, with similar levels of exposure as a first-year analyst. You will assist in the preparation of materials for clients, conduct market, industry and company analyses. Furthermore you will gain experience in financial modelling, valuation analyses and work as part of a project team.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• You must either be entering your final year of study or a recent graduate
• You will have a strong academic track record with coursework in accounting and finance, and must be studying for, or achieved, a degree in accounting, economics and or finance-related major
• Have a fundamental understanding of financial valuation theory, methodologies and applications
• Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential
• Previous internship experience within Big Four valuation advisory services, investment banking and / or related fields, which is essential
• International experience is also desirable, but not essential
• Availability to work from early March or from May/June
• Working permit in Singapore is required
