In our highly connected world today, customer experience excellence is anchored on leveraging available customer data. Companies today are seeking to gather, organise and analyse customer data to provide an omni-channel experience for their customers. As part of the Customer team, you will support global clients in the end-to-end process of enriching their customer strategy - our key areas of focus include:

• Digital transformation strategy and implementation - equipping our clients with the right tools for customer-led decisioning
• Customer experience - transforming the customer experiences along the entire customer journey
• Digital marketing - engaging our client\'s customers online through performance-led marketing

As a member of the team, you will work on client engagements or support business development in these areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working in client engagements related to customer insight and strategy, and digital transformation to support any project administration, management and delivery
• Contributing to data gathering, research, and analysis to proposals and project deliverables from strategy to implementation - surrounding digital transformation and customer experience
• Supporting the consolidation, design, preparation, and analysis of reports and findings in a clear, logical, and concise manner

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Related degrees in Business, Analytics or Information Systems are preferred, but not compulsory
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team-spirit and ability to work independently to deliver tasks in a timely manner
• Demonstrate a keen willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Interest/ previous experience in systems implementation (from strategy to implementation stages) projects and CRM systems (MS Dynamics, Salesforce) is a plus
