RESPONSIBILITIES



Assist internal and external stakeholders by greeting them in a courteous and professional manner. Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including physical mail, couriers, and electronic communications, ensuring timely distribution and tracking. Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines to ensure smooth daily operations. Liaise between different offices to ensure that the deliverables are met in a timely manner. Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal team members across various communication channels, maintaining professionalism and prompt response at all times. Manage and monitor office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating reorders as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases in both digital and physical formats. Provide general administrative support to various departments, including data entry and filing. Ensure the office environment is well-organized, presentable, and conducive to productivity. Perform other duties related to the role as assigned by the Management as the business direction requires.

REQUIREMENTS



Diploma in any course. With at least 1-2 years of work experience as Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, and the like. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization and time management skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with basic troubleshooting of company equipment and administrative procedures.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Education:

Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

Admin Assistant: 1 year (Preferred) Basic Troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

100% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
