Enable smooth office operation by managing all aspects of office administration and facilities management.
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock, placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Manage and support employees\' travel arrangements, etc.
Prepare invoices, sales orders, reports and other documents.
Provide support to employees\' events organization
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Note:
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Location: Serangoon
Minimum 2 years of office administration experience.
