Work Pass application Prepare invoices and process claims Perform data entry into Excel for GST Submission Maintenance and servicing of office equipment and facilities such as copier, air-con servicing Manage, replenish and monitor office supplies such as stationeries, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), workers uniform every fortnightly. Render support to Project and Corporate Staff (E.g. photocopying, printing, binding, laminating) Comfortable with answering enquiries and daily phone calls. Job Requirements: GCE O Level / ITE / Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent At least 2 years of experience working as an HR Assistant / Office Admin Familiar with MS Excel and Words
