: Office Admin & Finance Executive / Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Office Admin & Finance Executive/Manager. This position plays a critical role in supporting the daily business activities of our office. The ideal candidate should possess strong teamwork skills, a keen eye for figures, a positive attitude, and a diligent work ethic. Responsibilities: 1. Office Administration:

  • Manage general and ad hoc office matters, including filing, IT-related tasks, and procurement of office necessities.
  • Oversee human resources administrative tasks, including onboarding, annual leaves, payroll processing, and monitoring outside positions or shareholdings of employees.
  • Act as a liaison with external professional services providers such as corporate secretary, accountant, auditor, and tax advisor to monitor timely completion of all regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support in updating of internal manuals including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and assist with Know-Your-Client (KYC) procedures, including Dow Jones screening, country risk rating score, and customer risk rating.
  • Handle questionnaires from regulatory bodies such as the Monetary Authority of Singapore and other government entities in Singapore and National Futures Association (NFA), USA.
  • Support regulatory initiatives such as Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA), FATCA & CRS reporting.
2. Office Finance:
  • Manage cash flow to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Issue tax invoices and monitor the timely receipt of revenues.
  • Initiate online payments or issue cheques as required.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the banking or private bank industry is essential.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Acrobat.
