Handle all administration and office matters
Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the organization's current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably and economically
Source, evaluate, and recommend office supplies and equipment purchases to minimize costs
Select and manage ongoing relationships with external suppliers e.g. maintenance contractors or equipment vendors)
Involve in office facilities, maintenance and office set up. Lead office improvement and renovation projects when required
Manage travel arrangements
Assist in simple Accounting (Partial) duties
Requirements
Min GCE 'N' level with 2 years of experiences
Location: Near to Jurong East MRT
Salary: Depending on experiences
