Our client is an European originated company in commodity trading. As they expand, they have moved office to a bigger space in the CBD area and is now looking for an office administrator to support the day to day up-keeping of the office.
You will report to the Office Manager, and your responsibilities include:
Up-keeping the cleanliness of the office
Maintaining a good order of the office store room and other office materials
Receiving and sending out mails and checks
Working with contractors to maintain the facilities of the office
Supporting the office manager in managing the pantry
Welcoming guests and clients, serving food and drinks
Other administrative tasks including hosting events
