Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities to ensure a well-functioning office environment.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure seamless office operations.
Manage business trips, including hotel bookings, temporary accommodations, and the visa/work permits application process.
Organize and coordinate office activities such as meetings, event planning, and town hall bookings.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience as an Office Administrator in a multinational corporation (MNC) with 500+ employees.
Experience in office facilities management and a deep understanding of office management procedures and policies.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel (formulas such as VLOOKUP, IF formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
