Position : 6 month contract - Office Administrator
Location : Seletar -various pick up point across Singapore
Working hours : 5 days (Monday - Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4200
Duration : 6 month contract

Main Responsibilities:
Administrative support for General Manager and Deputy General Manager
Prepare power point presentations and reports for meeting
Support employee communication events
Support employee engagement activities
Raise purchase requisitions
Work scope and price checks for invoicing, Annual price escalation project and system update.
Manage office supplies and inventory including employee uniforms
Manage meeting rooms bookings
Manage in-coming mails distribution
Support new hire orientation program, training and quality records management
Support projects and data entry administration and additional task required
HR admin support
Requirements:
Min ITE and above
Min 1-2 years relevant experience
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
