Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Native/bilingual level in English, fluency in Chinese is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in using office software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Knowledge of general business practices and office procedures.
  • Familiarity with travel arrangements and expense management.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
