Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing orders.
Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Act as a liaison between management, employees, and external stakeholders.
Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
Assist in the coordination of project-related events and activities.
