Office Assistant (Part Time)

Role Introduction

This role will assist the Office Services Manager in the conduct of all office related and document management functions within the Singapore office and act as a facilitator for all related requests from clients and staff .

Responsibilities

\xe2\x97\x8fProvide administrative support to the Office Services Manager to maintain all office facilities and document management services

\xe2\x97\x8fResponsible for scanning, sorting and filing tasks as assigned by the Office Services Manager

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure all serializing and scanning tasks are completed in a correct and timely manner.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure that the scanned documents are sent to the correct clients according to the instructions and workflow.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure that all physical documents are filed in an organized manner in the correct boxes/trays/cabinets.

\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with staff for document deliveries and collection including couriers/postage as may be required..

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure collection of physical mail by the respective clients from time to time.

\xe2\x97\x8f Any miscellaneous tasks to support the Office Services Manager.

Requirements

\xe2\x97\x8f Experienced in office support functions

\xe2\x97\x8f Good communication skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Organized and meticulous with attention to detail

\xe2\x97\x8fFamiliar with using Mac or Windows PC and the related applications.

\xe2\x97\x8fFamiliar with using scanners, serial printing machines and other office equipment.

Proficiency Tests

There will be two tests conducted during the interview process. They are as follows;

1.English Proficiency (10 - 20 mins) - An online test that is done before the interview

begins. A minimum of 75% is required.

2. Occupational Test (1 - 2 days) - If a candidate is shortlisted, they will be presented with a

set of open-ended questions that relate to the job role.

Other details

Job Type : Part time, Permanent

Schedule : 2 hours daily from Monday to Friday

Benefits : Flexible timing, Prorated Annual and Medical leave as per MOM

Salary : SGD 600 TO SGD 700 per month
