F&F Development Corporation is looking for an Office Engineer!Location: Highway Pitogo, Consolacion, beside Sea Oil gasoline station and above FJB BikehubsQualifications: Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Civil Engineering Should be a graduate of Civil Engineering With work experience as Office Engineer or equivalent Experience in Contract Documentation in a construction firm is advantage but not preferred. Basic knowledge in estimates and cost control of project Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Operating System and Auto-CAD Can work with minimum supervision Good verbal and written communication skills Willing to be trained and with sense of urgency. Very organize and keen on detailsJob Responsibilities: Prepare and submit to contractors Letters of Intent for contractual work with a fixed ceiling price, containing detailed description of work to be completed and material specifications. Ensure that each contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations. Coordinate with the Project in charge to ensure timely awarding of contracts with a designated date of completion in line with project completion schedule. Prepare contracts/Letter of Award with complete and detailed scope of work along with material specifications, if any. Initiate Work Orders for additional works not previously specified in existing contracts.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Consolacion, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
