Onboarding/New Hires: Improve and maintain a process for bringing new members onto the team and ensuring a smooth transition with IT/Benefits/equipment/briefings, etc.
Office Management: ensure office spaces are run efficiently, support with tech services, catering as required, management of suppliers such as cleaning, A/C maintenance, landlord, plant maintenance, etc.
Maintain records and gather information for any relevant insurances pertaining to the building, company, and staff.
Liaise with IT: Work closely with the IT team to ensure all new hires are established with the correct equipment, phones, computers, etc.; know how the office tech works and be able to troubleshoot as necessary.
Work closely with HR office to establish ways of working - establish and maintain benefits packages and welcome packet
Support organisation of food/drinks in the office, and social events e.g. client events or team parties
Liaise with finance team in overseas as required
Conduct pre-travel briefings as required
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in all components of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
