Position Title: Office Manager/ Admin Manager
Working Location: Orchard
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm
Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + AWS + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Develop and implement efficient office procedures and policies.
Handle office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Oversee office space and facilities, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain employee records and assist with payroll administration.
Address employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

At least a Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an office coordination or administrative role.
Proven experience in HR and payroll administration.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
