In this role, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Calendar and travel management
Preparation of travel and expense reports
Filing, copying, binding presentations/ preparation of marketing and product materials when needed
Covering receptionist duties when required including: meeting and greeting visitors, serving drinks, operating teleconferencing and video conferencing device
Flexibility to assist with various ad hoc projects for the office or covering other Administrative Team responsibilities due to leaves and other absences as needed
Overseeing general office management (handling T&E reimbursement and document organization etc.)
Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of office supplies, furniture, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and reordering as necessary.
Requirements:
Relevant Post Secondary School qualifications preferred
Two or more years as an office manager preferably in financial services industry
Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate to advanced MS Word, including working knowledge of mail merge and tables
