Ensure the general management of the office, oversee operational efficiency and other types of strategic and tactical planning
Function as the receptionist of the office
Administer application and renewal of foreign workers work passes
Support all government agencies (eg. MOM, EDB, etc.) survey/reports
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning and security services
Manage all aspects of the rental & infrastructure planning (lease, moves, adds, and changes to workstations) of the office
Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments
Any other projects and adhoc duties that may be assigned
Requirement:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Ability and desire to work independently, with strong follow through skills, bias for action.
High desire to offer excellent customer service in an entrepreneurial environment.
The ability to anticipate the needs of the office, multitask, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Superior communication skills, highly motivated, and detail oriented.
Ability to maintain positive outlook and composure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft.
