We are looking for an Office manager & Wellbeing specialist - an energetic and service-oriented person who is passionate about working with people and has a lively personality. As an Office manager & Wellbeing specialist, you will manage the front desk and provide administrative support across the organization.

*** This is a part-time on-site role with a 50% occupation rate (20 hours per week)***

Responsibilities:

Manage first-line soft services to the site, full responsibility for managing the office, reception area, meeting rooms, and all external vendors, including cleaning services, coffee & food services, office maintenance, etc.

  • Assist with company welfare activities
  • Manage executive calendar and schedule meetings
  • Provide general admin support to the office
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Greet, assist, and direct interviewers, visitors, and employees.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Reception Services)
  • Experience in calendar management
  • Experience in accounts payable and receivable
  • Solid communication skills both in Mandarin/English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service attitude
  • People person and a team player with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to multitask and Highly organized.
