Description
- Develop and implement clinical information systems and processes that facilitate the optimal delivery of patient care and the conduct of research.
- Support discussion platforms and managing work-track within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) implementation (e.g. the project management, change management, training and enforcement plans required for EMR implementation, and its post-implementation)
- Liaise with the NGEMR Project Management Office for cluster-wide coordination of the Project
- Support Clinical IT and innovation healthcare projects
- Work with TTSH IT Office which provides IT support services for the Hospital and develops key IT strategies to support better patient care
- Provide secretariat support in committees/work group
- Any other adhoc duties assigned
- Min Degree in any discipline
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, and with clinical, healthcare informatics
- IT experience will be an added advantage
- Ability to initiate, deliver and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational, project management, people management and communications skills
- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a collaborative team
