Office of Corporate Communications - Manager/Deputy Manager (Corporate Communications)
[What you will be working on]
Engage internal and external stakeholders to brainstorm and produce on-brand and effective content to reach out to various target audience
Plan, develop, project-manage, and coordinate the end-to-end process for publicity and communications content/campaigns
Proactively identify, develop and spearhead content to drive key initiatives, programmes and events
Support team lead in providing guidance and inspiring team members to achieve desired work outcomes
Provide secretariat support in committee meetings which includes identifying/gathering agenda items, preparation of minutes to follow-up coordination with various stakeholders
Leverage research, data and analytics to guide communications strategies and measure effectiveness of campaigns/collaterals
Take on multiple work assignments within the department and at committee level, including procurement and administrative responsibilities.
[What we are looking for]
Relevant working experience/qualifications of at least 10 years in marketing, communications or business-related fields
Excellent command of written and spoken English and preferably in at least one other language.
Flair for copywriting suitable for various communication platforms and target audience
Demonstrate integrated marketing knowledge and good grasp of effective brand marketing strategies for managing brand image, presence and growth.
Experience in working with diverse stakeholders including Government and non-Government agencies.
Possess relevant experience in secretariat duties, project management and producing content for various publicity platforms.
Able to manage multiple tasks concurrently and work independently and in teams under tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Meticulous with critical thinking skills
Knowledge of design (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video and audio software would be advantageous
Familiarity/keen interest in data analytics, research methodologies or automation tools would be useful
