What the role is:
Executive/Senior Executive/Asst Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager
What you will be working on:

• In-house development and maintenance of quality application systems/services using emerging and low code technology to address gaps in services to address challenges and improve user experience and efficiency. This includes requirements gathering, service design, coding and testing to ensure that requirements are met.

• Work with project manager/lead and stakeholders to fulfil required project deliverables

• Work with internal stakeholders and platform vendors to ensure that systems comply with IT governance requirements.

• Leverage business data to provide insights for reporting, analysis and decision-making.

• Ensure that systems and services are compliance with security and governance requirements

• Some vendor and contract management may be required

What we are looking for:

• Qualification preferably in Information Technology or a related field

• At least 1-5 years of IT experience in software development

• Able to critically analyse user requirements, problem solve and develop a high quality, maintainable solution with clean, well-documented code.

• Strong understanding of software development best practices, service design and testing best practices.

• Able to understand infrastructure and security requirements with a good grasp of DevOps practices

• Prior experience in object-oriented software engineering, database management structure design, and low code technology such as OutSystems and Power Platform is preferred.

• Able to work independently and as a team player with different stakeholders such as end users, application, infrastructure and security teams

• Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodology
