Job Description


We are working with a leading regional workplace design and build company dedicated to transforming office spaces into dynamic, functional, and inspiring environments. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Manager to join our team and oversee office operations while coordinating "Request for Proposals" (RFPs) for tender presentations.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our workplace design and build projects. Your responsibilities will span both operational management and strategic coordination of RFPs for tender presentations. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including design, project management, and business development, to drive efficiency, quality, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Coordinate: Direct day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and effective collaboration across departments.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project demands and deadlines.
- Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency.
- RFP Strategy: Collaborate with the business development team to develop RFP strategies aligned with client needs and company objectives.
- Proposal Creation: Lead the creation and compilation of comprehensive RFP responses, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, estimating, and project management teams to gather necessary information and insights for RFP submissions.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of proposals to guarantee quality, relevance, and alignment with the company\'s value proposition.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master\'s preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management within the construction, architecture, or design industry.
- Proven track record of successfully coordinating and managing complex RFP processes.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
