Duties & Responsibilities: Full range of administrative support such as answering calls, handling inquiries, receiving and distribution of documents/items to all concerned FunctionsResponsible for receiving and screening of guests/external parties and organizing meetings/trainings in the office (i.e. meeting room reservations, arrangements for drinks, snacks, if applicable)Oversees the control and inventory of Office and Pantry Supplies. . Monitors and schedules regular office maintenance (i.e. Pest Control, Carpet Cleaning, Aircon Cleaning, Disinfection)Monitors the orderliness and cleanliness of the entire office including workstations, pantry and stockrooms.Oversees Meeting Rooms Booking System.Provides assistance in the sourcing of giveaways, food arrangements, booking of flights and hotel accommodations for office-based activities (i.e. training, employee engagement activities, NABCON, MIDCON).Preparation and posting of PR/MIGO requirements for non-sales requests. . Screening and issuance of Building Gate Pass and ensures proper coordination with the Building Admin. Office and Security.Qualifications: Graduate of any four-year course.Should have at least six (6) months of experience in administrative tasks.Proficient in computer applications preferably in Microsoft Windows.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Able to deal with all levels in the organization.Has good planning and organizational skills.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthSchedule:
