Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Service Advisor to prepare quotations and ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare DO & generate Tax Invoice, Credit/Debit Notes to customers with proper filing.
  • Check and send Tax Invoice with service order/ DO as per customers requirement via mail/email.
  • Coordinate repair job, parts availability, parts ordering, raise PR and liaise with purchaser on the stock.
  • Send monthly SOA to customers & follow up on AR collection.
  • Assist in month/year end closing.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and pantry supplies, stationery, monitor inventory and stock replenishment.
  • Assist in accident reporting / e-filing.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties from time to time as and when assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office administrator , office support or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge on accident reporting will be an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • High school diploma in office administration or relevant field is preferred
