In the role of Officer Airport Services, you will be responsible for providing overall administration support for the Qantas operations teams including minute and document for operational meetings, ensuring office consumables and corporate stationery from Head Office are supplied in an efficient and cost effective manner, as well as maintaining the office faults’ register. This role also looks after roster and leave management and some audit compliance. You will liaise with Airport authority, stakeholders and suppliers and maintain great working relationship with them.
You’ll have:

• Highly developed administrations skills
• Be customer focussed with excellent relationship building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence positive outcomes at all levels
• Proven record of successfully managing change and implementing continuous improvement activities
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage often conflicting priorities.
• Able to work under pressure in a constantly changing operational environment.
• High standard of personal presentation and professional conduct
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese is an advantage
• Rights to live and work in Singapore
