Job Description

The main responsibility of this role is the maintenance and upkeep of the premises to ensure operational readiness.Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate work with contractors and service providers ensuring they deliver their services. Assist to ensure security & safety of the premises which include assisting and working along with security officers in managing guest and vehicular traffic when required. Maintain and upkeep the premise which involves day-to-servicing and troubleshooting, including cleanliness of our premise. Perform routine checks and ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance regime are carried out according to authorities' legislations, industry standards and company policies. Execute building maintenance programmes. Troubleshoot / rectify all technical / operational issues quickly to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Ensure fire safety and workplace safety compliance. Execute maintenance request from all departments.Requirements: Professional Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or NITEC / NTC in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent with minimum 2 years hands-on facility / building maintenance and any other relevant experience. Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays. Able to work shift, staggered hours and overtime. Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
