Roles & Responsibilities CRIS is looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager to be partof the dynamic and efficient administrative team to support the facilitiesmanagement function of CRIS and its Business Units.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for office and facilities management, ensuring the smooth running of office operations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure working environment, including the implementation of pandemic safe management measures as required
  • Manage office administration including but not limited to tenancy, office security and general equipment maintenance, cleaning services, stationery, photocopiers, pantry items, pest control, carpark allocation and office greenery and sustainability
  • Manage the logistics and facilitation of vendors, including draftingservice contracts, and carry out contract reviews and renewals for office maintenance,renovation and relocation
  • Perform periodic inspection and initial troubleshooting to identify theroot cause of problem in equipment and then liaise with the landlord or vendorsto take corrective measures to prevent disruption to the office operations.
  • Responsible for liaising with landlord in planning the Fire Emergency Responsefor CRIS, ensure the plans and procedures are updated in compliance withrelevant fire safety rules and regulations
  • Conduct periodic briefings to staff on the Fire Emergency Response
  • Implement and review Safety and Health practices in CRIS to align withthe Workplace Safety and Health Act
  • Attend to room arrangements and audio-visual needs for meetings andevents in CRIS
  • Track utility usage and manage periodic reports to reporting officer
  • Support the team in internal and external audits related to the CRIS facilities management and office administration function
  • Support the team in annual budgeting process by collating and tracking expenses
  • Support the team in any other ad hoc projects and initiatives
Requirements
  • Diploma orBachelors’ degree in Building Services Engineering/Estate Management/Project & Facilities Management or equivalent
  • Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to complete quality work within tight deadlines
  • Responsive, responsible, well organised and resourceful
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, e.g. MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Positive learning attitude with a pleasant personality
  • Building and M&E knowledge, with hands-on facilities management experience will be advantageous
