Job Description


  • Receive, register and process all incoming insurance claims.
  • Settle claims within the stipulated timeframe
  • Interpret basic policy coverage and determine if coverage applies to claims submitted, escalating issues as needed.
  • Respond to client requests in accordance with service standards.
  • Managing claims recoveries.
  • Liaising with all stakeholders i.e. Accounts Dept, Brokers, Agents
  • Ensuring timely compliance of audit queries both internal as well as statutory.
  • Co-ordinating with Reinsurance Dept for submission of various statistics for treaty renewal.
  • Ensuring all MAS regulations followed strictly
  • Any other duties assigned by HOD or reporting authority.
Requirements
  • O Level/A Level/Diploma or Degree holder preferable in Marine.
  • Certificate of Insurance (BCP, ComGI) is required.
  • At least 2 years of Marine Claims experience.
  • Candidatea with no experience can be considered. Candidate with more than 5 years of experience will be considered for a more senior position.
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player and self motivated.
  • Customer centric
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills
  • Singaporeans only
