Job Description



The procurement support role is responsible for order processing, goods receipt reconciliation, sourcing, supply management, vendor management, monthly reporting and supporting other department functions.

Key accountabilities

1. Order processing and supply management.
2. Support the daily operations of Materials Management and Pharmacy department.
3. Follow up with operations and finance teams to resolve goods receipt issues.
4. Reporting and data processing.
5. Sourcing and liaison with internal and external customers and vendors.
6. Manage vendors, process new vendor creation requests.
Qualifications & Experience

1. Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Diploma in relevant fields.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
3. Pleasant disposition with good communication skills.
4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Team player.
