Roles & Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE:
- Manage daily operations for Material Control as per SOP and P&P.
- Assist in Cost, Purchasing and Receiving matters.
- Assist in managing daily operations of the Purchasing, Receiving and Cost Control sections, ensure all relevant policy and procedure are followed and executed
- Spot check outlets and receiving areas to ensure compliance with procedures.
- Assist in the establishment and update of Recipes / Menu costing
- Ensure posting total tally with Accounts Payable on weekly basis.
- Summarize direct food issues, beverage issues.
- Monthly physical inventory
- Prepare F&B daily cost flash report
- Minimum 1-year of relevant experience holding similar position in the hospitality industry
- Ability to use standard software (material control, PMS, POS)
- Good conflict management and communication skills
