:
1) Issue contract sheet to Customer. Timely, prepare, monitor, and verify shipping documents from Suppliers and send shipping instructions of materials for shipment. Send copy of full set of shipping documents. File and keep all documents properly.
2) Arrange payment to suppliers on time and monitor receivable payment from customers. Check credit limit balance in term of percentage. Escalate potential issues in the department in a timely manner. File and keep all documents properly.
3) Handle internal system (SAP, NFS etc) and record all the transaction data. Timely input monthly closing entries into internal accounting system and providing shipping documents to accounting department. File and keep all documents properly.
4) Follow the instruction to communicate with customers/suppliers/shipping company etc. to provide required documents in a strictly timely fashion by reminding involved parties in verbal and written means.
SPECIAL SKILLS
\xc2\xb7 Possess analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify and define problems, extract key information from data, verify cause of problems, and develop feasible solutions to resolve the problems identified.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to diligently achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task while demonstrating concern for all areas of the work involved.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to proficiently utilize computer-related program, software and technologies such as Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet/Email, to efficiently fulfil work requirements and duties.
\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills including the proven ability to effectively convey information and ideas clearly in both written and verbal means to internal and external stakeholders.
\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of intercoms (FOB, CFR, CIF etc.)
\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge in Letter of Credit, Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP 600), and Uniform Rule for Collections (URC 522).
