Establish clear & workable relationships with the BU\'s customer base
Quote customer enquiries as requested within a 24hr period
Raise sales orders in accordance with customers PO\'s contract review SO to ensure compliance
Search stock system both internally & within other BU, allocate to suit customers PO
Ensure work is planned, organized & controlled in such a way to maximize time spent with the customer.
Raise non-conformance reports & deal with customer complaints as required
Provide the Regional Director with sales, management reports, forecasts & trends along with focus KPI\'s
Update internal databases, other related systems and/or requested targeted data
Other duties notwithstanding the above where appropriate

Obtain intel on current & future requirements plus relevant competition info
Obtain profitable & sustainable business to achieve sales targets
So entered on to the system and with production within 24hrs of winning the order
Ensure customer receives in line with their PO requirements
Develop strong customer relationships and a understanding of the market therein
Non-conformances are identifies and corrective/preventive actions are implemented
Good understanding of budgetary requirements and an ability to correlate budget and actual performance
Clear visibility of CRM information within the SG sales
Job Requirements
Educated to degree level
Must have good English written and verbal communication skills
Good arithmetic skills are required
Ability to perform under pressure and stressful conditions.
5+ years\' experience in sales field, especially in Oil &Gas industry
