Ensuring that all obligations arising from the deals are carried out and that any necessary requirements are complied with Drafting, processing purchase and sales contracts or counters based on trading recaps Liaising with surveyors, terminals, vessels to arrange all post-deal activities ensuring all necessary operational information is passed on in good time and documentary requirements are properly met Dealing with counterparties and internal credit, finance team to process receivables/payables, including LC, PCG, PU etc to ensure that any necessary financial security is in good place Prepare and compile full set of shipping documents, including BL, COQ etc. Entry/updating of trading and operation data in timely manner to meet the company\'s requirements Support demurrage or cost team on demurrage and other claims calculations Liaising with counterparties to ensure smooth operations, avoid supply disruption and minimize demurrage costs Other ad-hoc duties assigned by team
Main Requirements: Min Degree holder in trading, shipping, economics, business or relevant Good understanding of petroleum products trading contracts, shipping terms and legal terms Minimum 3 years experiences in oil products trading operations Able to work independently under pressure Proficiency in both oral and written Chinese as this position needs to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
