DESIGNATION : Omnichannel Program Team Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES
The team leader will report to the Head of FFS Innovation & Business Improvement and work closely with all FFS, Operations as well as Technology team to execute delegated projects in the respective project grounds. The key responsibility is to ensure consistent delivery standards, service quality and efficient resource management. The role plays a critical part in helping overall FFS and Online Grocery division to achieve strategic KPIs, efficiency and productivity targets. This high calibre individual will be personally accountable for project trials, execution and management of stakeholders. There is also plenty of opportunity to learn how to analyse and create data dashboards of our project results. Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Regular review & updating of various Standard Operating Procedures for different processes being executed in FFS stores, acting as the driver and catalyst for change in continuous improvement activities through Lean-Sigma tools and methodologies, including 5S, Kaizen activities (which will be taught and picked up on the job)
  • Execution and planning of any new projects to be implemented in stores, including understanding scope of technological implementation, operational adoption and training, as well as results tracking and follow up
  • Work alongside FFS Store Executives in implementing aligned training programs to ensure all new hires and pickers are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge, resolving all training needs and gaps
  • Be prepared to be based and stationed in FFS stores to assist team executive with all other necessary store level follow up and support functions to ensure smooth operations execution (for example testing of new equipment and devices, project trials and set up)


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma in Operations Management, Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Applicants with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience may be considered
  • Able to understand impact of technological features and functions that will aid enhance operational efficiency and productivity
  • Strong understanding of executing operational activities in store retail roles. Work experience in e-Commerce and/or retail operations is an added advantage
  • Strong problem solver, with hands-on approach to plan and execute well
  • Meticulous in attending to incidents and ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Builds rapport within teams and is able to work in a matrix organisation structure
