The Onboarding Training Officer will be part of Ubiquity Academy under Onboarding Team and is responsible to deliver training sessions or workshops across a wide range of topics (both face-to-face and remote setting) to a global audience of leaders and support personnel who are new to their role.

Join us! Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Leadership Team and various organizational departments to support, develop, collaborate, and manage onboarding training activities.
  • Oversee projects to transform effective learning solutions on time and on budget.
  • Collaborate with other members of Ubiquity Academy when it comes to updating and redesigning end-to-end procedures covering areas such as enrollment, monitoring, documentation, administration, and reporting of Leadership and Learning courses/programs based on learning plans and development objectives.
  • Partners with Instructional Design Team to recommend modifications to keep course content current and to enhance leadership programs, resources, and tools.
  • Manage, monitor, and assess training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation following the sessions to maintain and improve learning effectiveness.
  • Facilitate training sessions or workshops (remote or face-to-face) to Ubiquity’s global sites.
  • Support training sessions, provide developmental feedback to peers, and assist with project management.
  • Ensure that Ubiquity culture and organizational processes are presented and explained through onboarding training activities.
  • Train new leaders on Ubiquity Coaching and Leadership tools.
Required Skills:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as Training Facilitator in a BPO company
  • Must have familiarity with end-to-end training (New Hire, Communication and Culture, Product, Upskilling, Nesting)
  • With experience in training Leaders and/or Managers
  • Expert with presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Word, E-mail and the like
  • Willing to work on different shifts
  • Adaptable to global team set up
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Open to working in Bacolod
