Job Description

HR Training Officer is responsible in assessing employees' training needs through identified competency gaps and prepare developmental programs through formal training, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure proper documentation of the training programs in compliance with the quality management systems.Duties and Responsibilites:

• Develop and establish standard skills competency matrix for all job position.
• Issuance of skills competency matrix for assessment of Department Managers/ Heads.
• Identify training gap analysis based on the assessment results of the skills competency matrix.
• Prepare annual training and developmental interventions whether by formal training, awareness, coaching, and mentoring.
• Organize and facilitate training execution such as notice of training, materials, venue, food, equipment, and related matters.
• Safekeeping of training materials and devices.
• Ensure proper monitoring of training records and calendar of training activities.
• Monitor and facilitate post training evaluation to check training effectiveness.
• Provide support to the HRD Manager on learning and development of organizational structure such us but not limited to succession planning and quality management system requirement of knowledge management.
• Prepare monthly attainment reports

Competency Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in BS/AB Psychology or any 4 year business-related course
• With at least 3 years relevant experience in a manufacturing set-up is an advantage
• Highly analytical, with strong organizational & presentation skills
• Well proficient in computer operation especially in PowerPoint presentation
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
