Ensure the functionality and efficiency of the Webstore order process and daily operations
Coordinate with the relevant departments and reply to customers duly with regards to their enquiries.
Liaison and collaborate with suppliers and ensure timely updates of all supplier stocks received
Assist in Webstore online content maintenance
Any other tasks and duties as assigned by the superior
Pre-requisites
Diploma in any discipline
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous and organised
Customer oriented
Computer literate
Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
