Develop and execute on-trade sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Manage and expand relationships with hotels, restaurants, bars, and clubs in assigned territories
Identify new business opportunities and secure new on-trade accounts
Conduct product presentations, tastings, and training for trade customers and their staff
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales approach
Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contract terms in line with company policies
Work closely with marketing to plan and execute brand activations and events
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and account updates
Ensure timely payment collection from trade accounts in collaboration with finance team
Represent the company professionally at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
Team goals and deliverables
Build strong rapport with existing key accounts and identify quick-win upsell opportunities
Familiarise with company product portfolio and brand stories to conduct confident presentations
Develop a strategic plan for expanding coverage of high-potential venues
Implement at least 2-3 successful brand activation campaigns in collaboration with marketing
Maintain high customer retention rates and positive client feedback scores

Meet quarterly and annual sales KPIs for revenue, volume, and account growth
Maintain accurate CRM and sales reporting data
Deliver effective trade training and education sessions to boost sell-through at partner venues
