Job Description



  • Monthly Basic Salary + S$ 150 Transport Allowance
  • 5 works week from Mon Fri (07.45 am 04.45 pm)
  • Transportation provided: Bishan/ Jurong East/ Lakeside/ Boon Lay
  • Medical Claim/ Dental Claim/ Quarterly Bonus
  • Annual leave starting from 14 days

:
  • Providing administrative support to Operation department.
  • Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
  • Managing and updating company databases.
  • Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Drafting and mailing customer correspondence.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum O level qualification and above.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft word, excel and outlook)
