Job Description

: * Serves as a first-point of contact for all incoming/outgoing files from the client. * Serves as a liasion support for the Mediators. * Serves as the medium to triages calls : Serves as a first-point of contact for all incoming/outgoing files from the client. Serves as a liasion support for the Mediators. Serves as the medium to triages calls, files & mails between clients, mediators, customers & management. A primary administrative contact to provide a day-to-day transactional support to the collection system for the team. Import daily assignment & payment files from Client. Preparation of demand letter. Submission of monthly billing invoices. Monitoring and maintain the inventory by conducting regular checks. Submission of status report and closure of accounts to Client. Ensuring SLA & SOP are met with compliance. To faciliate and assist Mediator / Client's request of account queries. Other administrative task assigned. Requirement: Singaporean / PR / Work Permit Holder Proficient in MS Office and Excel. Able to multi-task. Good communication skills and customer oriented. Shows initiative, responsible and a team player. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
