Banking & Finance qualification advantageous. . Self-starter who can work effectively in a team setting. . Ability to manage daily tasks with a good risk and control mindset. . Good written and oral communication skills. Job Responsibilities . Perform pre-scanning review of trade finance documents and/or applications received from banks and customers (example: number of documents received in order) . Sort and scan documents/applications using the bank's standard scanning systems in a timely and accurate manner . Handle filing of scanned documents methodically and in line with internal standards . Monitor completion of status of the scanned documents/applications and highlight irregularities to the officers in charge . Complete daily reconciliation activities and prepare end of day/beginning of day reports . Handle dispatching of customer advices and original documents
